25 May Wellness resources following the Uvalde school shooting
This tragedy comes less than two weeks after another mass shooter targeted Black community members in Buffalo, NY, leaving 10 people dead.
We know that this is an incredibly painful time for many of our community members. People can experience a range of emotions following a traumatic event, which can often by influenced by factors such as their own trauma history. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ reaction.
